Purpose

Oracle Receivables (AR): Transactions Workbench Information Center > Note 1327396.1

Sales credits allow businesses to track salesperson activity on transactions, and to provide data for incentive measures for sales people to sell according to the business strategy.   Oracle Receivables provides the functionality to enable revenue and non-revenue sales credits to be assigned to transactions.

This note will help you understand and validate your setup for common problems that occur as part of sales credit functionality. Use these steps to review your setup and eliminate many known issues that can result in unexpected results.
