Symptoms
On 12.1.3, iSupport:
In iSupport, if the profile option 'Oracle iSupport: Employee Contact Point Option for a Service Request' is set to either 'Show all the Contact Points for Self and only work for others' or 'Show only work contact points', the LOV for the Contact Method gives the following error message when adding a new contact for a service request:

java.sql.SqlException: ORA-907: missing right parenthesis
Steps to Reproduce
(R) iSupport Employee User
(N) iSupport Home
- Create new SR
- Complete details until Contact Information Page
- Select (B)'Add Contacts'
- Enter Contact
- Click on spyglass next to Contact by
Workaround
Set the profile option 'Oracle iSupport: Employee Contact Point Option for a Service Request' to 'Show all the contact points'
