Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Invoice MassAdd

When attempting to run Create Mass Additions Program for Project related Invoices,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables occurred in
->AP_MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE_PKG.MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE
with parameters (P_acctg_date: 2010/11/30 00:00:00,P_bt_code: MBC US CORP)
while performing the following operation:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables Responsibility > Run > Request >Mass Addition Create
