Symptoms
Receive an error when attempting to request approval on a manually created claim in Trade Management.
Create a manual Claim> settle Claim with RMA after entering products in Claim lines
Submit for approval>
Claim reverts back to Open
Notification shows the error : Invalid Unit of Measure for this item
