Unable To Close PO Due to Quantity Received Error

Symptoms
When attempting to close PO, the following error occurs.
Line #1 Shipment #1 Quantity received .000000000000000002 is not fully delivered 0
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition
2. Auto create a PO
3. Receive qty greater then 5 decimal precisions
4. Deliver qty equal to 5 decimal precisions
5. Create corrections with qty greater then 5 decimal precisions
6. Unable to match receive and deliver qty due to decimal precisions
7. Cancel the PO is not possible
Tools => Control to cancel gets error :
