MFS Laptop: Cannot Navigate Through All Tasks After Searching On The Dashboard

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When searching tasks from the Dashboard page, after selecting the next 10 link, the next set of tasks do not display.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From dashboard search for tasks, e.g. 'search by task number' enter '%'
2. Click details link on the first task.
3. Select next 10 link to view next set of tasks.
Note that the task list has not changed.
