Order Import Does Not Pick Up Data From Interface Table After Upgrading To 12.1.3+. (Doc ID 1328575.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3+, find that 'Order Import' program does not import the orders.

FND_PROFILE.Get('CONC_REQUEST_ID', l_request_id);

is NOT returning the request_id while executing the child request of Order Import.

Find that orders can be imported via the Order Import Corrections window though.
