Steps To Debug AME Integration Issues (Doc ID 1328813.1)

Purpose

AME can be quite a complex area to support due to its flexibility and ability to integrate with many different product groups and build complex approval lists . At first sight, it is difficult to debug AME errors as it could be related to setup or processing errors related to the AME engine.

 
For any integrating team (i.e. AP, SSHR or PO) the onus is on them to confirm whether the issue is related to setup or otherwise.  Setup related issues need to be resolved by the Integrating team, including the definition of rules, conditions and approval groups.
 
(n.b) AME support only provide assistance where the UI or the AME processing engine is failing.
