Symptoms

When authoring Service Contracts, find that the Coverage form displayed from the Lines > Effectivities tab > Details button is read only.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a Service Contract, add all necessary information in the Summary tab.
2. Go to Lines > Effectivities tab.
3. Click the Details button.
4. The Coverage form opens but it cannot be updated.
