11i - Admindesktop Utility Creating Wrong Password For Applsyspub User In Dbc File (Doc ID 1329103.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version,

When creating the EBS to SOA integration using JAAS concept, there is a portion in Document # 974949.1 where we need to run the Desktop admin utility for creation of dbc file and registering the External application server, we are using below command

java oracle.apps.fnd.security.AdminDesktop apps/apps_pwd CREATE \
NODE_NAME=<host>.<domain> \
IP_ADDRESS=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx \
DBC=<dbc file name>
=======================================================

For some instance the dbc file creates correctly, but for some instance its creating wrong entry and datasource connectivity gets failed. Below is the content of dbc file generated by above java command

ERROR

There the GWYUID is created with wrong password

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the command:
java oracle.apps.fnd.security.AdminDesktop apps/apps_pwd CREATE \
NODE_NAME=<host>.<domain> \
IP_ADDRESS=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\
DBC=<dbc file>
2. Check the created dbc files
3. The GWYUID is not correct generated
