This note provides a brief overview of Bug 15859852, Bug 11823464


When attempting to change the Plan end date and task end date (extend), the process publish performance management plan ends up in error.

The following error occurs.

The number of errors exceeds the maximum number allowed.
ORA-20001: HR_50296_PMS_OBJ_DATES:
hr_perf_mgmt_plan_internal.send_fyi_admin, 10
Leaving:hr_perf_mgmt_plan_internal.publish_plan, 91

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Responsibility : HR Professional -->
2.  Performance Management -->
3.  Administration -->
4.  Performance Management Plans -->
5.  Query the plan --> Update-->
6.  On Update Plan : General Information extend the End Date (example from 2011-02-28 to 2011-03-11) and click on Next -->Next again --> On Update Plan :Process, on appraisal extend the task end date (example from 2011-02-28 to 2011-03-11) -- > then click on next --> Publish
