On : 12.1.3 version, Journal Entry

When attempting to enter journal lines
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ZOOM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter journal header details
2. Move to journal line section and try to enter data
3. Error comes up
