Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Performance issue with EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEM_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEM_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS should be faster.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create 1000 items in Master organization
  2. Fill variable of EGO_Item_PUB.Item_Tbl_Type
  3. Call EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEM_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS
  4. See Process takes hours to complete
