View Accounting Issue: No Details Shown for Transactions Whose Data was Not Upgraded/Migrated (Doc ID 1330155.1)

Symptoms

When invoking the View Accounting feature in the transactions workbench, for an invoice that was created in Release 11.5, but whose data was not migrated/upgraded, nothing happens. The form does not raise an error or any indication as to why View Accounting feature does not work.

Whereas in the receipts workbench, invoking View Accounting for a non-migrated/updated receipt, will open the 11i Accounting form.

Further investigation shows that data is missing in XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES for non-migrated/upgraded transactions.
