Unable To Remove A Group From A Contract After Contract Is Active (Doc ID 1330181.1)

Symptoms

Unable to remove a Group associated to a service contract on the security /text tab after the contract has been made active.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager (N) Launchpad
2. Open an existing service contracts that is Active.
3. Open the contract for update and go to the Security/Text tab
- the delete icon is not enabled and so none of the records on this tab can be deleted.
