Contracts Status Change By Range Process Fails but Status Stays Normal (Doc ID 1330277.1)

Symptoms

When the "Contracts Status Change by Range" fails with any errors, the program completion status shows NORMAL. Some of the errors are listed below:

1.Error:
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16408 bytes.
(koh-kghu call ,pmuccst: adt/record).
Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.

2.
ORA-01654: unable to extend index OKC.OKC_K_VERS_NUMBERS_H_U1 by 1024 in.
tablespace APPS_TS_TX_IDX in Package OKC_CVM_PVT Procedure H_insert_row.
Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.

3.
Could not reserve record [&COUNT tries]. Keep trying?
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified.
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified in Package.
OKC_CLE_PVT Procedure B_lock_row.
Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.

4.
OKC_RECORD_CHANGED error.

Expected behaviour
Expect If the program fails for whatever reason, it should reflect in the STATUS of concurrent program .

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the concurrent program "Contracts Status Change by Range" and look at the log file.
2. If the log file shows error, the completion status of the concurrent program shows Normal.
