Repair Order Error: 'Java NullPointerException' When Creating Internal Move Order

Symptoms
When attempting to create an internal Repair Order, after selecting all the information and clicking the 'Apply button', the following error occurs:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.csd.logistics.io.server.CreateUpdInternalMvAMImpl.generateInternalMove(CreateUpdInternalMvAMImpl.java:100)
at oracle.apps.csd.logistics.io.server.CreateUpdInternalMvAMImpl.apply(CreateUpdInternalMvAMImpl.java:69)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:45)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:37)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Depot Repair Order with logistics lines using the Repair Order screen.
2. Click the Logistics tab.
3. Select the 'Actions' tab.
4. Select 'Internal Move Orders'.
5. Click 'Go' - and the 'Move Order' screen opens.
6. Enter the required information
7. Click 'Apply', and note the error.
