Search on Find Service Request Form Takes More Than 5 Mins to Display "No Data Found" if Serial Number is Not in the Database

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Service Request Form, Find that a serial number search on Production takes about five minutes to display "No Data found" using a search criteria.
The same search on Test take a shorter time.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service
2. (N) Find Service Request
3. Enter the serial number. (B) Search.
