Goal

After using the Oracle Transport Agent Send Inbound Web Service to send a inbound transactions - XML Purchase Order (PO) - to be processed, the transaction fails with the error:

ERROR
Processing Status Error

Processing Message ORA-28115: policy with check option violation - ECX_ACTIONS.INSERT_LEVEL_INTO_TABLE
