Unable To View Requisition Details From Email Requisition Notifications (Doc ID 1330664.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.1.3  users are unable to view Requisition Details from email notifications. due to an error.


Workaround
1. Approver receives Email Notification - Purchase Requisition
2. Log into Oracle Applications and navigate to Requisition details.
3. Then log out of Oracle Applications and action Email notification or action within Oracle Worklist notification.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in as Requisitioner & Submit a Purchase Requisition.
2. Email is sent to Approver.
3. Approver opens email and reviews Requisition notification.
4. Clicks link 'View Requisition Details'.
5. As approver log  into Oracle Applications
6. Approver's notification is displayed and reviews it.
7. Clicks Details icon.
8. Reviews details.
9. Clicks Return link.
10. Error message displays.
