Not Able to Personalise 'Additional Vacancy Details' in iRecruitment Dashboard (Doc ID 1331082.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3, when attempting to personalize the Additional Vacancy Details in the 'My Recent Vacancies' region, the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Message not found. Application: , Message Name: The flexfield listener failed while getting the value for segment Position Title from column ATTRIBUTE1 of the descriptive flexfield with application short name PER and name PER_VACANCIES. Please contact your system administrator. The exception error message was: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition Attribute1 of type Attribute not found in IrcVacancyVO

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as iRecruitment Recruiter.
2. Personalise Document Name: /oracle/apps/irc/vacancy/webui/MgrHomePG.
3. Render to ‘true’ ‘Flex: (VacancySummary.VacancySummaryRegion.IrcFlexField1)’ and put Segment List as ‘Global Data Elements|Position Title.’
4. Go to the Recruitment dashboard. You will get an error message:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Message not found. Application: , Message Name: The flexfield listener failed while getting the value for segment Position Title from column ATTRIBUTE1 of the descriptive flexfield with application short name PER and name
PER_VACANCIES. Please contact your system administrator. The exception error message was: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition Attribute1 of type Attribute not found in IrcVacancyVO.
