Goal

Is it Possible to Automatically Convert the Quantity Based on Unit of Measure Conversion Setup while Changing the Unit of Measure?

For example, using Purchasing Super User responsibility, navigate to Requisitions click on Enter Requisition. Now Create a requisition with quantity X, UOM=Each and Price=y and Save it.
Next Change the UOM from Each to Dozen: the quantity remains X, but the price is updated.
