Unable to View Request Output From Form Although File Exists in OS File System (Doc ID 1331328.1)

In multi application tier environment after submitting any request cannot see the request output from the form window and the following error occurs and the output files do exist in the file system:

An error occurred while attempting to establish Applications File Server connection with the node ORA-DB2. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on the node ORA-DB2 may not be running.
