gtm registration ui does not allow delete an inv party in Global Trade Management (GTM)

When attempting to delete the Involved party on the Registration page, the following error occurs.

update gtm_reg_involved_party set domain_name=? where com_method_gid=? and gtm_registration_gid=? and involved_party_contact_gid=? and involved_party_qual_gid=?; http://null, BY CONTACT, KM.TEST_001, DRIVER_CONTACT, BILL_TO
Cannot update the GTM_REG_INVOLVED_PARTY record. DOMAIN_NAME must be set.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01407: cannot update ("GLOGOWNER"."GTM_REG_INVOLVED_PARTY"."DOMAIN_NAME") to NULL
