IEX_SEND_DUNNING - IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

Symptoms

For program IEX_SEND_DUNNING  IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers
if run for specific customer ranges like:

CUSTOMER NAME LOW : <A CUSTOMER NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS>
CUSTOMER NAME HIGH : <A Customer Name in Mixed Case>

No dunning letter is generated.

If you run this for both customers separately or for all customers those customer get a dunning letter generated

If you enter the range as:

CUSTOMER NAME LOW : <A Customer Name in Mixed Case>
CUSTOMER NAME HIGH : <A CUSTOMER NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS>

you receive error:

"Please choose a low value that is lower than the high value".
