APC/PIM Not Considering Middlename - Workflow Duplicate User Names (Doc ID 1331502.1)

Workflow is not considering the middle names within the HR record.
Workflow does not differentiate between the users, as the middle names are not being considered.

Multiple user names exist for Don Juan. The middle name is different like Don John Juan and Don Mark Juan but using Product InformatioN management (PIM), the user just sees two choices for Don Juan. It is not clear which is which.


1. APC Super User - ECO Simple Search
Query for ECO.
Actions > Update
2. Review Assigned-To
3. Open the List of Values (LOV) and see duplicate entries.

Business Impact
Unable to assign ECO correctly.
