AGIS - Intercompany Errors With "Transaction 1 Encountered Errors Deriving Intercompany Accounts" (Doc ID 1332026.1)

Symptoms

AGIS - Intercompany transaction encountered errors deriving Intercompany Accounts as shown in wfstat.sql output which shows the following error.

ERROR_GENERATING_ACCTS

Outbound Batch <NUMBER>, Transaction <NUMBER> encountered errors deriving Intercompany Accounts.

The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.
Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Outbound Transaction
2. Enter sender's accounting information
3. submit
4. In Inbound transaction enter recipient's accounting information
5. Submit
