In SSBEN When attempting to print a confirmation statement (PDF) from outside the intranet via DMZ (internet), the following error occurs.

Click to “Open” receive:

Acrobat could not open 'BENSSCNF51583915_out[1].pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

Cclick to “Save”
