In SSBEN When attempting to print a confirmation statement (PDF) from outside the intranet via DMZ (internet), the following error occurs.
Click to “Open” receive:
Cclick to “Save”
- a PDF file of 0 bytes will be saved , and when attempting to open it later, the same error message appears
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Employee Self-Service
- Users select “Benefits”, traverse all the way to confirmation page to print a confirmation statement (PDF).
