"Unsuccessful Row Construction" Error When Performing LPN Inspection In MSCA (Doc ID 1332771.1)

Symptoms

When performing LPN Inspection, the following error is encountered when entering a value in the LPN field and tab out

Unsuccessful Row Construction

The Mobile INV Log file shows shows the following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in to MSCA with Whse Mgmt Responsibility
2. Navigate Inbound> Inspect
3. Attempt to enter LPN or 'CTRL+L' for LOV and encounter 'Unsuccessful row construction' error
