Cannot Edit Payment Batch Created - "Select" Checkbox Disabled (Doc ID 1332773.1)

Symptoms

Cannot edit Payment Batch created.  The "Select" checkbox is disabled (grayed out).

Steps to reproduce the problem :

1. Nav : Compensation Manager -> Tasks -> Maintain Payment Batches
2. Create a payment batch
3. Query the payment batch

You will see the "Select" checkbox is disabled (grayed out) against the payment batch just created.
