Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Absence recording, maintenance
When attempting to enter absence details in the PUI for the absence type Unpaid Leave the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-06132 Element link does not exist for the duration of the entry
Cause: The link has been purged or date effectively deleted
Action: Check the effective start and end dates on the link definitions for this element
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From HRMS Responsibility => People->Enter and Maintain-> search employee->Other->Absence-> Entry Absence Record say for Unpaid Leave and save. Received APP-PAY-06132 error
