Symptoms

When attempting to open Customer Standard self service page or using the view accounting form which are HTML / OAF based, the users are directed to Login page and then when the user enters the login details, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your system Administrator."

Following are the steps to reproduce: 


1.Navigate Responsibility > Customers/ Standard
2.find account number and get the customer
3.press the account link then get the "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator." error message.
