Symptoms

Internet Expense Report times out after repeated requests for approval in AME. The parent workflow stays at AME Approval Process/Block.

Expect the Expense Report to continue appropriately in the workflow process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following example steps:

1. Internet Expense Report is submitted.
2. Report times out after awaiting approval in AME three consecutives times.
3. The parent workflow stays at AME Approval Process/Block
