Find cannot change the DQM Syncronization method from automatic, this then generates the following message in ADI FND CONC-SINGLE PENDING REQUEST N PROGRAM ARHDQMSS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to change the method to either batch or disable in order to turn off sync

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Adim - Sync - DQM Syncronization
Radio buttons are greyed out to change method
