Symptoms

Identified high number of FNDFS (LOCAL=NO) processes.

The following is the SQL part that it is calling:

declare dummy boolean;
begin
fnd_profile.get_specific(:name, :use ...

Number of FNDFS processes are increasing in the Database, until Database goes down due to library cache lock.
