Symptoms

On E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1:

Hijrah Calender giving wrong dates when changing the Profile Option "ICX:Territory" to "Saudi Arabia" - changing the Territory to "United States" the dates are correct.

Upgraded to 12.1.1.
