Performance Issues While Searching And Selecting Product Category In Opportunity (Doc ID 1333914.1)

Symptoms


On : 11.5.10.2 version, Opportunity Management

When attempting to search and select products/items,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Page times out.(Sometimes performance issues.)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sales User responsibility > Crate Opportunity (button)
- Enter the opportunity name, select the customer
- Save
- In Poducts Tab, click 'Add Product' tab
- Enter the search criteria in the product field > Click 'Go'
- Select one of the product categories from sarch results

After few minutes, system times out and shows internet explorer page time out error.
