Bank Account Numbers Are Not Encrypted Even After Running Encrypt Sensitive Data Request Set (Doc ID 1334002.1)

All concurrent programs in the request set including Encrypt External Bank Accounts Data is completing successfully and updating  iby_ext_bank_accounts.ENCRYPTED to 'Y'.

However, we can still see bank account numbers in plaintext in iby_ext_bank_accounts table.
