Changing Name Of 'Relationships And Valid Objects' (Doc ID 1334043.1)

In the Relationships and Valid Objects page, when attempting to change name clicking on the 'Apply' button results in the following error:

Error:
oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the
primary key oracle.jbo.Key[1 ].

Expected Behavior:
Expected to be able to change the name without error.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: Customer Support/ Field Service Manager
1. Service Requests (N) -> Setup -> Service Requests -> Relationships and Valid Objects
2. Change name and click 'Apply'
3. Error occurs.
