Create Settlement Batch Does Not Error Out In Case Of Incorrect Credentials On SFTP Server (Doc ID 1334304.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, FC Core

When changing the SFTP password and intentionally setting it to an incorrect value, the settlement process (Create Settlement Batches) does not error out despite note being able to upload the settlement file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In this scenario it is expected to see an error when running the process and the batch should not be displayed as Submitted.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Funds Capture Setup Admin -> Transmission Configuration
2. Modify the settlement SFTP config and change the password to an incorrect value
3. Funds Capture Process Manager -> Submit a new request: Create Settlement Batches
4. A new batch is created and apparently submitted to the remote server.
However, due to the incorrect password, the SFTP connection is actually not working and the batch is not transferred to the remote server (not saved locally either).
No error/exception is reported and the batch appears as submitted in the user interface.
