Symptoms
When trying to create a report job, Published Reporting->Report Job->Submit the following error is encountered on a RAC database:
Job submission failed: Error occurred while scheduling the job . org.quartz
Failed to obtain DB connection from data source 'myDS'
org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException:
Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Socket read timed out).
