Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to Deliver RMA Receipt, the receiving transaction processor is completing with the below error

RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'RMA_WAIT_FOR_INSPECTION' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXXX'. in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING Procedure Push_Receiving_Info returned error

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Complete RMA Deliver Transaction without any errors and close the RMA line.

STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will
