Symptoms

For Bank Account Transfer
When attempting to cancel a Bank Account Transfer, the following error occurs

BankAccountTransferAMImpl.cancelTransfer throws SQLException:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-1400: cannot insert NULL into
("CE"."CE_CASHFLOW_ACCT_H"."ACCOUNTING_DATE") ORA-6512: at
"APPS.CE_BAT_API", line 1210 ORA-6512: at line 1
