Symptoms

When attempting to close a period, the following error occurs.

ERROR

SHRD0018: Oracle database error trapped at function: GLUSBE - label: errexit
ORA-24010: QUEUE APPLSYS.WF_ERROR does not exist
ORA-06512: at "APPS.W

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate > General Ledger Super User
2. Run Open/Close Period
3. Find Periods  > Fiscal Years From 2010 to 2011
4. Period 2010-13 Status change to Closed
5. Save
6. Open Requests
7. Name: Periods-Close Period  Status=Error
