Cannot Access Inactive Banks, Branches and Bank Account information After Upgrade From 11.5.10 To 12.1.3

After upgrade, all the inactive banks, Branches and bank account information did not migrate completely. All active banks, bank branches and accounts did migrate properly. As:
In the Manage Banks and Branches page, the Overview displays all bank accounts that were migrated. When attempting to update end-dated accounts, you get either and Error Page when attempting to update a branch or Error: Stale Data when trying to update Bank Information (missing Country and Bank Name).
Ideally, would prefer a data fix to completely delete the inactive banks, branches and bank accounts since the active ones are working fine.
