When trying to Open the System Options Screen in Intercompany Superuser responsibility, the following error occurs.
"The view object SystemOptionsAM.SystemOptionsVO1 contained no record"
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. intercompany superuser responsibility
2. navigate setup > system options
