How personalize the People (PERWSHRG) / Assignment (PERWSEMA) Form to make a field mandatory ?

Due to the R12 Form Core Technology changes from R11i. Personalization migrated from R11i will require some additional changes for it to work. Or if one is to use personalization in R12, the same setup in R11i will not work in R12.

Please see below screen shot for the require steps.
In the below steps, we are making the Email field in the People Form mandatory. This setup can be use with any other fields in the People Form and Assignment Form. One just need to choose the field required to be personalized.
