When receiving an email after Preparing a document, the attachment does not contain the extension. As a workaround, the file has to be downloaded and extensions added or a specific program selected in order to properly open the attached document.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Go to Business Process Automation --> Document Manager.
3. Search for a Document.
4. Select and go to Actions --> Send Document.
5. Put in a contact ID and Comm Method of Email.
6. Click Submit.
7. Note in the email received, the pdf extension is not included.
