Unable To Update Lot Status After Upgrade from 11.5.10 : 'Record has been updated' (Doc ID 1335114.1)

When attempting to update the Lot Status for an Item / Lot in a Process-Enabled Organization after upgrading from, when we try to Save the update, the following error occurs:

FRM 40564: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Navigation where this problem is seen is:

    Inventory SuperUser Responsibility > On Hand / Availability > Lots.


System has been upgraded from Release 11.5.10.
