Symptoms

On eBusiness Center form, Find that after a migration from 11.5.9 to 11.10, Fields are misplaced and buttons in the Service Request tab of eBusiness Center form are either hidden or overlapping.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Telesales Agent (R)
(N) eBusiness Center.
In that form, (N) Service Request tab.
